For more than 30 years, Jason Gaszak has led in the real world—building businesses, developing teams, navigating difficult decisions, and carrying the responsibility that comes with leadership. In addition to three decades as a business owner, he has served in ministry for more than 25 years and as the Lead Pastor of Roots Church for over a decade.
